Backroom Gatherings
Host your next Birthday Party, Baby Shower, Celebration, or Family Reunion at 12 Stories Coffee! Our Backroom features multiple seating arrangements, staging and equipment, and a private restroom. Enjoy some coffee and wine, order pastries or other treats, and let us take care of the rest.
Rates
Deposit - 50% of quote due at booking
Monday - Friday: $50 fee per hour (+ tax)
Saturday: $100 fee per hour (+ tax)
- Includes 1 add-on package (see below)
Extra Tables and Chairs are available upon request
We have partnered with a local non-profit to provide the tables and chairs in case what we have is not enough.
Extra Seating is $50+tax and can accommodate an extra 6 to 18 more guests on top of the set furniture in the back.
Expecting a large group?
We are happy to accommodate large groups (up to 50 people) by adding an extra Barista to our staff to ensure your event runs smoothly!
VIP Barista - $50 fee ($100 for events 4 hours or greater)
Required for groups larger than 30 guests.
Food and Drink Policy
All drinks and pastries must be purchased through 12 Stories unless approved otherwise. Outside food that we cannot provide, such as cakes, meals, etc. are allowed to be brought in.
No outside alcohol is allowed.
